Kaiakar.in provides Users with virtual units known as Credits, which are used to generate digital content (images, videos, text) using artificial intelligence.
Credits are added to the User’s account immediately after the payment is successfully completed.
Credits constitute digital goods, and their usage is governed by this Refund Policy and the Terms of Use.
A User may request a refund only under the following circumstances:
If none of the purchased Credits have been used (i.e., the User has not generated any image, video, or text), the payment is eligible for a refund.
If, after completing the payment, the User cannot access the service due to a platform-side technical malfunction.
If the User’s account or service access fails due to an error attributable to Kaiakar.in, and the User is unable to use the purchased Credits.
If any of the above conditions apply, a refund request may be accepted.
A refund cannot be issued in the following cases:
If any Credits have been used—whether partially or fully—they are not eligible for refund.
Refunds are not granted if:
AI outputs are probabilistic and not guaranteed.
Refunds are not issued for:
Accidental purchases, incorrect credit usage, or misunderstanding of service functionality do not qualify for refunds.
The User must submit a refund request within 14 days from the payment date.

Approved refunds are processed using the same payment method used during purchase.
Refund processing time:
Transaction fees charged by payment gateways (e.g., Paddle, Stripe, PayPal) may not be refundable, depending on their policies.
Kaiakar.in is not responsible for third-party processing fees.
